About
Originally from Texas, I always had plans to one day move to New York City. After graduating from law school, I started my career in big law at Morrison Foerster and then at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where I learned the ropes of helping public companies raise money and comply with the Securities Act.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2019 where I met Bobby, and the rest is history. I really enjoy serving private, smaller companies as they navigate everything from their first hire to exiting their business.
In my free time, I can be found hanging out at the beach with my family, exploring new places or reading a good old-fashioned paperback.
